Bob Mulligan

Bob had a successful banking career in the City of London, before transferring to Moscow in the mid-nineties. In Moscow, he held senior positions in Chase Manhattan, ING Bank and with a major Russian bank, before founding the BSN group in 2004. At BSN he has overseen major client relationships in the real estate and consumer goods markets and has led many research activities for clients.

Bob is responsible for the overall coordination and management of the BSN Group's operations in Russia. He has successfully completed several market entry and business development exercises for major clients

He has a BA degree from London University and is an intermediate Russian speaker

 

Mike Winn

Mike has been based in Moscow for eighteen years. He was Head of Corporate Finance in Moscow for the German banking group WestLB for 9 years and had major clients in the energy and natural resources sector, such as Gazprom, Rosneft, Lukoil, Norilsk Nickel and TNK-BP. He was involved in several landmark financings predominantly for the energy and natural resources sector in Russia.

Prior to joining WestLB, Michael held senior posts with Chase Manhattan, Lloyds Bank, J P Morgan and British Gas and, in all these positions, he was responsible for developing business in the Russian market. 

Since joining BSN, he has worked on a number of assignments in the financial, transportation and energy sectors in Russia.

He is a BA and MBA holder and fluent Russian speaker.            

 

Giovanni Stornante

Giovanni is an Italian marketing professional who relocated to Moscow eight years ago as an independent consultant. He previously dealt with Eastern Europe, Russia and the CIS markets, working mainly under the auspices of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Trade. In Moscow and opening the market for his clients. Giovanni has provided advisory and market entry services to companies from diverse industrial backgrounds and from several countries.

His work has included projects with European and Russian corporations in the financial advisory field, IR and PR, consumer goods projects and, most recently, representing a leading Italian manufacturer of automated technologies, successfully building a client base in Russia. He is the founder and president of the Italian business networking association "Italiani a Mosca".

In addition to Italian, Giovanni is a fluent speaker of English, Russian and French.

 

 

Gary Selan

Gary is a specialist in Marketing, Communications and Business Development. He has been based in Moscow for 15 years. In various positions he has focused on developing solutions to critical business problems, securing and driving successful customer engagements and experience through changes in thinking of sales, advertising, digital possibilities, PR, sponsorships, and other marketing fields. He has a particularly strong contact base in the Scandinavian countries.

Gary´s assignments with Russian and European corporations as well as Russian state organisations have included introducing innovative and improved marketing and sales strategies to drive profitability, identifying customer pain points and needed business process improvements as well as finding new business opportunities through creative thinking.

He is a native Swede and also speaks English, Russian, Slovenian and Serbo-Croatian. 

 

 

Stan Grafski

For over 20 years, Stan has been developing his international expertise as both a high-level strategy consultant and as a corporate senior executive and legal counsellor.  He has advised clients from dozens of industries in Russia and around the world.  As a corporate executive and/ or General Counsel he worked for GlobalCom PR Network, Mmd PR (now Grayling), Storm International BV, Channel One Worldwide Broadcast.  His clients included Rosneft, PepsiCo, EBRD, Red Cross.

Stan’s expertise includes Russian Market Entry support, Legal Advisor, Global Operations and Strategic Planning, Public Relations, Government Affairs, traditional and New Media Relations, Social Media and Inbound Marketing.

Vedomosti, the leading Russian business newspaper, awarded Stan the accolade national “Manager of the Year”. 

He has a Master’s degree in Law from Voronezh State University, Russia (1990), and an MBA from the Nottingham University Business School, UK (2004). He is a fluent English speaker.

 

Tanya Rogozina

Tanya is an experienced market researcher, strategic consultant and business development advisor. Her career began in a Russian banking group and developed within KPMG Moscow, where she as an advisor on strategic issues facing clients. Later assignments included  a major market entry study for a European pharmaceutical company
